Dave has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 1986, he has been involved in hundreds of projects throughout central Florida and has worked with some of the biggest contractors in the state. With his leadership, our projects are completed on time and on budget. 

Dylan has over 15+ years of expertise in the Commercial Construction Industry and is dedicated in fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation, ensuring that Dave's tractor remains at the forefront of the Commercial Construction Industry.   

Garrett has over 15+ years of expertise in the Commercial Construction industry. He plays a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operational excellence, contributing significantly to Dave's Tractor's sustained growth and success. 

As General Superintendent at Dave's Tractor, Shannon brings the knowledge and expertise required to manage the overall operations and strategic direction of Dave's Tractor field work. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Shannon excels in commercial construction management and leadership.

Known for exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to safety and quality, Norm brings a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. 

Chris is a seasoned Civil Site Construction Superintendent with over 20+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Recognized for his leadership, expertise in site development, and unwavering commitment to safety, Chris manages every project with precision and a dedication to high standards.

Heath is an experienced Civil Site Construction Concrete Superintendent with 20 years of expertise in managing complex concrete operations on large-scale commercial and civil projects. Known for his strong leadership, technical skills, and commitment to precision, Heath oversees all phases of concrete work—from initial planning and layout to finishing and quality control.
